I have tried to look up recipes that are both Gluten-Free and Milk product free. So far I only wind up with one category. How do I find recipes for both?

When you go to the recipe sifter, you select Diet then Free of, then Gluten Free. Then go back to the first column, select Diet again, then Free of, then Lactose free.

Do keep in mind that in very many cases you can substitute a non-dairy product for the dairy product, so if you don't find a type of recipe you are interested in, you can drop the lactose free and check for recipes that might be useable with some simple substitutions.
