DH is having dental work done today, so I'm thinking omelets or maybe chicken fried rice - I'll let him pick.

It turns out that Don won't be home until 8:30 and I can't wait quite that long. I've decided on Creamy Pasta With Asparagus, Parmesan, and Crispy Prosciutto because I can cook the components ahead of time and just cook the pasta separately. Salad or garlic toast.

I liked my sloppy joe's so much last night, one more for lunch today. Then, dinner will be a bowl of my white bean and kale soup from my freezer stash.
I have a dinner roll, fruit; or, I could do some cheese and crackers on the side if I wanted.

Dunno. Thinking fish, have a lot of leftover spicy mango-jicama salsa from last night that would be great on fish.
