I make a seafood linguine without a recipe that I adore. It's way too rich (and expensive) to have on a regular basis.

From here my favourites to date are
    Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta
Creamy Pasta With Asparagus, Parmesan, and Crispy Prosciutto
Pasta with Shrimp in Tomato Cream
Shrimp Ravioli With Basil Cream Sauce

Hum. Cream seems to be a recurring ingredient. icon_lol.gif

    and yours are?

Top of my list is spaghetti with LOBSTA Sauce (you figured something else?) rotfl.gif

No recipe..my meatless(red) sauce with cooked lobster meat added once the sauce is hot (heat turned off) & allowed to warm in the hot sauce, then over the spaghetti, usually a thin one & don't even think about asking for cheese icon_evil.gif

A local Italian restaurant makes a seafood pasta which is TDF! Linguine in a light garlic cream sauce, with shrimp, clams, crab and lobster. All of that yumminess is topped with fresh diced tomatoes, diced red onions and minced jalapenos. Sooooooooooooooo good!

I can definitely say ... I am probably the most non-traditional. Most of my favorites are NOT the classic red sauces; although a couple are red sauced based.

I can't list them all, it would be too many. I don't really have favorites.
    ------------------------------------------------------

Alfredo, is a top - but a classic version. None of that cream cheese, etc. - classic.

Pasta w/pesto, is right up there too. It is simple and delicious; but use a fresh homemade pesto.

Then, I have a couple of dishes with chorizo and fresh tomato sauce which have clams, shrimp and mussels which I love. (a couple of variations)

I do like a good fresh vodka tomato cream sauce; but not a heavy tomato base.

A lemony cream sauce with arugula (chicken added or not)

A zucchini and walnut sauce is fantastic

Fresh pasta tossed with tomatoes, olives, artichokes, arugula or spinach, and Feta is delicious

And, I love a wild mushroom ragu tossed with pene.

Another favorite is my carbonara ... it is my version (not classic), but I do love it.
    - bacon, onion, a little cream, eggs, and parm
I know cream is not traditional, but I do love a little added.

I also love ravioli ... but not with a red sauce.

I love broth for the sauce, an arugula sauce; maybe a brown butter sauce. Not the classic toppings. Ravioli with red sauce is SOOOOO boring in my book.

I really love to change it up. And not just cheese filling. Wild mushrooms, kale, smoked chicken, butternut squash, shrimp, beef, etc.
