Wow! Those are so gorgeous! They must put a smile on your face every time you look at them. icon_biggrin.gif

I would love to see those every morning.

They really do! Every day I come home from work and rush out to see what has opened up that day icon_smile.gif

I don't have any tulips. But...I have tons of rhodys and azaleas in bloom right now. Lots of red, pink, and purple. Really pretty.

I'll try to sneak out in a little bit and grab some pics. The lady that used to own this house was a master gardener and this place has tons of plants and flowers. There is always something in bloom.

Thanks. It's very rustic and very relaxing. Not a 'formal' yard at all. icon_lol.gif

Thanks flower. Not quite the same as your beautiful tulips and green green grass. I miss that from my last house. But I also enjoy the 'natural' look here at the beach.

I'd rather have the "natural" look than spending an hour to hour and a half once a week mowing that green green grass icon_rolleyes.gif icon_lol.gif Slowly but surely, I think much of the grass will be replaced by flower beds icon_lol.gif

    Lazyme...
    Those are breath-taking! Lucky you!
I can't wait for ours to look even anywhere close to yours.
    Thanks for sharing the pics.
    -Rosie wave.gif Good night.
P.S. Flower... your tulips are gorgeous, also! (I have 4 little ones in the yard that have bloomed). icon_sad.gif

Well....I can tell you that I've done both. And I don't think that it matters too much. There's always the constant attention and weeding needed! My biggest problem is trying to control bamboo - that CANNOT be controlled! icon_lol.gif
You 'prune' it or try to destroy it and it just takes it as an invitation to spread even further. icon_rolleyes.gif

So glad that you enjoyed them, Rosie. I sure hope that no one noticed all of the weeds that I haven't made it to so far this year. Hey - it's still spring and I'm waiting for good weather for yard work!! rotfl.gif That's my story.....
