I bought some fresh ravioli stuffed with cheese and spinach. I'll make a nice marinara sauce to serve over it.

I make a roasted red pepper sauce that would be perfect for that.
1 red pepper - oiled and roasted until black in the oven. Put in a bowl and cover with plastic to steam the skin off. Peel and remove seeds.
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

This is so good! I make this to go into one of my pasties.

I have ravioli in the freezer… and a container of home made sauce in there too so Ravis with a salad and bread, or rosemary garlic chicken skewers, with asparagus and herbed noodles

I am baking 2 ginormous chicken breast halves (skin on, bone in) and need a plan! Off to search for 'something' to do with cooked chicken.
