    DH will be out until around 8. He will be happy with an omelette.
    I don't feel like a 'meal' so may just make some soup and toast for myself.

    It's a mystery to me. We have lots of leftover grilled asparagus and the overwintered chard in the garden is bolting, so I need to find ways to use one or both.

    Got steaks seasoned with Fajita Seasoning Mix and popped them in the sous vide "cooker".

    Will use the meat for fajittas or tacos
    Probably Potsie's Mexican Rice

    DH grilled some steaks and they were perfect! Served with sauteed asparagus and corn. MMMMMMMMM.
