Helping a friend out. Her grandmother made a dish that sounds like "Bona-stair-its" her grandmother was german and grandfather was hungarian/austrian so Im not sure where the recipe originates. She said that it looked like little beige flour balls about the size of a pea and her grandfather has been asking for them but her grandmother has passed and she has no way of knowing what they are. Any help would be appreciated.

This sounds French to me. I would suggest, that you try the French Forum. Good luck. wave.gif
