Got to start packing up winter clothing but it would be a lot easier to wrap my head around that if there wasn't snow on the ground. Grr

Regular need to clean the house stuff but also I am tackling my first sewing project in decades. I'm making a fitted slipcover for my sofa. It doesn't look too hard on You tube..... rotfl.gif

    What are you up to?

    Farmers market at 7am
Then a quick walk on the beach
A little yard work, if it doesn't rain, it is slowly moving in
    A few errands
Helping a friend one more time (helped her move yesterday), move one more piece today.
Then grill up something for dinner

Tomorrow, work on some stained glass patterns; and the usual Sunday house hold chores.

I have to cook for the one lady which I make 3 dinner to deliver Monday am; and, I hope to make a pot of veggie soup either today or tomorrow for my freezer stash.

Went to DD's lacrosse game this morning at 9am. Brrrrrrrrr!

DH and I drove around town to see the flood damage. Also to the neighboring town, where we have been interested in moving. Since this neighborhood seems to flood, we'll be expanding our search.

Going to a wedding ceremony & reception, later this afternoon. Best I hit the shower! I still don't know what I am wearing!

A week of driving, rough week at work, rough week of family issues and more stuff to worry over with the kids. Can't do a darn thing about any of it but just really hate stuff like this.

DH is working on the cars finally. Usual stuff for me, laundry, cleaning, trying to decide what I need from store and will do that shopping tomorrow. Other than that, I have no plans other than finding a good book that I can get lost in that won't make me cry.

    Find a book. Don't cry.
Here's wishing you an awesome week to come.

Yesterday we met DH's son, his SO and DH's ex for lunch. Had a great time. Today I would love to go to Tulsa and see the poodles for adoption at PetSmart but am afraid to. We would probably come home with another one. Four dogs is enough and as soon as we get back to Minnesota we will also have my mother's dog. That's more than enough. But they have two blind poodles probably nobody will adopt. Sigh! And I think it was K9 who said you can't save all of them.

Yep Connie. We do what we can - one at a time until there are none.
It gets heartbreaking when you see an animal that you want to help but you have to stop at your legal limits (here two in town - 3 rural) or before you upset the dynamics of your home. You have done plenty doll!

Thanks K9. Everybody loves Molly, so at the dog park I talk to everybody about the blind poodles at OOPS that desperately need a home. So far no takers.
