Dibs meal sounds pretty darn good to me too.
I'll never get my stuff done this weekend though if I drop in at her place so I will do something similar here icon_smile.gif

Off to the shops to get a slab of beef to grill and will have baked potatoes, grilled tomatoes and a salad.

    Thanks Di!

    Your right Zeldaz!

Tonight, helping a friend move her last piece of furniture, they we will making some reuben on the grill. Still no stove/oven here. Chips, and some my refrigerator dill pickles.

If I get time, I might make a pot of soup. But, it is for my freezer stash, so, I'm not in a hurry. Also, it is using mostly freezer stash.

Laid out a pork tenderloin. I was thinking about using that for some lettuce wraps. DH has yet to get to bed so it's now looking as though I will be dining solo. I have a small dish of the tater tot casserole I made the other night - will heat that up and have some pears with blue cheese.

    Hi everyone wave.gif
Been a long time since I have posted here, but I still pop in on a regular basis looking for dinner inspiration on those days I can't figure out what I feel like making for dinner. Since the weather is not looking like its going to cooperate for burgers on the grill (cold & drizzly) here, I stopped by to look for a recipe using ground beef. We were not in the mood for meatloaf or spaghetti. So dinner tonight will be "Maxine's Hamburger Soup" or "Emaw's Goulash" I have made "Maxine's Hamburger Soup" before & it's quite tasty yummy.gif
