    By the way, I found this nice site listing national dishes:

    Now That's Nifty

    They list:

    Afghanistan = Qabili Palau

    Albania = Tave Kosi; Byrek Shqipetar me Perine

    Algeria = Couscous

    Andorra = Escudella

    Angola = Muamba Galinha

    Great site isn't it? I've got a few websites that list the national dishes, it helps when you get a few sites saying the same thing.

    Since I have posted as well as made Afghanistan's National Dish I was researching what a typical Afghan breakfast consists of. We do not do gluten so may I choose http://afghancuisine.wordpress.com/2012/04/28/afghan-eggs-and-tomato-tukhum-bonjan-or-agay-bonjan/ as my first of the region? Sounds great, just a note though, they must be recipes on this website for the game to work. Would you like to submit that recipe and then upload a photo for it, or would you like another player to submit it for you so that you can review it? Thanks.

    Albanian Tossed Salad #499903

    I think this post was missed during your last update. I'd like to tag this recipe for Albania (if you think it works). Thanks!

    Just wasn't sure if it was a tag, so left it alone, will mark down now.

    Someone else can upload it. I already took a photo of it and we enjoyed it for breakfast.

    I have submitted another recipe. Persian, so includes Afghanistan, Azerbijain(or however you spell it), and Armenia. Can it qualify for all 3?

    Paloodeh Talebi – Cantaloupe Cooler(Persia) #499996

    Satyne will have to decide, but in my experience, Persia refers only to Iran.

    Persia refers only to Iran however Persian is sometimes the same or simmilar food wise to Afghan.

    Afghan it is. I've been having fun finding interesting and delicious recipes. Here is one more for Afghanistan:

    Persian Mint & Cucumber Cooler (Sekanjabin) #500001
    And here is one more for Albania:(or would this fit Afghan?)
    Cucumber and Avocado Salad With Lime, Mint, and Feta #500019

    I have made Vegetarian Escudella (Andorra) #499904 and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I did use spinach instead of cabbage(was out of cabbage) and the optional pinto beans. I used chorizo style vegetarian sausage.
