Hi all, only 3 days left! Please don't forget to come back and show your completions. Un-completed tags will not qualify for the badge.

Hi! Sneaking in at the end of the month to report a few more completions:

    Catalan Tomato Bread
Algerian Broad Beans & Garlic ( Fèves En Sauce )
    Albanian Tomato Cucumber Salad

Also, a question: For those that have tried the Pani Popo, is it super sweet like a dessert or is it savory enough to serve with soup etc? Thanks!

It's more like a breakfast sweet bread/pastry than either a savory roll or a dessert.

I have prepared and reviewed Spicy Afghan Chai Tea, 501634.

What an unusual Chai tea - in a good way - lol!

Is it too late for me to tag Albanian Stewed Green Beans and Potatoes With Smokey Seitan # 499888 if I make it quick tonight for supper? I happen to have the ingredients handy, if I sub one ingredient!

Knock yourself out, Linky. It better not be too late because I am about to post my final completion!

Funny thing is I did all my other cooking in May! My excuse is that DH was ill and then I had dental work. I am still trying to learn how to eat with my new teeth.

For Andorra, I made Shrimp Zarzuela #229043

    Recorded.

And on that note, no more completions will be accepted. So if anyone has failed to complete at least 1 tag, you will need to wait for Sept to earn a badge.

    Thank you.

Remember, to get the badge, you only need to complete what you tag, minium of one recipe for the entire period, so please don't feel like the shortened round is going to to be too tough.
