I've been working on making some menus of recioes already in the database at fooddotcom. I'll post them this evening for everyone to look at.

This is so exciting! Thank you for sharing this carpet with us!

Here are some menus for recipes already in the database:

    Afghanistan - Food of Kings
    Albania
    Algeria
    American Samoa
    Andorra
    Angola

I hope to find time to make them more complete and cleaned up. I did not know that you can even change the headings for each course. I think the Afghanistan one is already cleaned up.

Well, I was going to make us a cookbook for this event, but after seeing your menu's 3ovens, I'm liking that idea a lot more. Since you have already set some up for this round, would you like to be the Menu master?

    Andoora Cuisine

Mouthwatering pasta, fish, vegetables and delicious desserts - Andorra's cuisine is tantalizing combination of cuisines. Due to the fact that Andorra is sandwiched between France and Spain, the cuisine is distinctly Catalan in style, so expect paellas, meats and fish cooked slowly in the oven. In the Northern region of Andorra, you'll find a dizzying mix of French and Italian cuisine, whilst the Southern region is very much Catalan. Popular dishes include
Shrimp Zarzuela or Zarzuela, a spicy meat stew or cunillo, rabbit stewed in a rich tomato sauce and appetising recipes such as trinxat, made with bacon, cabbage and potatoes. You'll also find lots of pasta

    and
Pa Amb Tomaquet (Tomato Toast), toasted bread rubbed with tomato and olive oil served with sausages, ham or cheeses. Don't forget Catalan wines or sparkling cava.

Note: These are not my recipes, but those fond in the database. icon_wink.gif
