A friend posted a picture of a dish he had in Arkansas claiming it was a Louisiana/Arkansas twist on Escargot using shrimp. The shrimp is in garlic butter but topped with cheese. This looked sooo good. Anyone have any ideas...He told me good luck in finding a recipe

What kind of cheese? My favorite baked escargot dish was topped with garlic butter & blue cheese or gorgonzola. To die for!
    Using shrimp would be delightful!

Anything less tangy would be bland, IMO.
