The staff do not monitor the Q & A forum. When I bake banana bread in a loaf pan it takes about an hour at 350 degrees. In mini loaves it takes about 45 minutes. This is the recipe I use, Banana Bread (No Added Fat). You can also check the multitude of banana bread recipes in the database for more ballpark times and temperatures.

    7. Pour into 4 greased and floured loaf pans or lined muffin tins.
    8. Bake at 350: loaves need 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    9. Muffins need only 18-20 minutes.
