Kittencal's Red Enchilada or Taco Sauce
I folowed the recipe, read all the reviews and can't figure out what I did wrong. My (sauce) turned out tasteing o k, but is not red, and not a sauce. It is to thick to call a sauce. It taste o k, would like to use the recipe again, I go to Kittencal's recipes first. I know she don't anser on this site anymore, and this recipe is not on her other site.

This is supposed to be a very thick sauce, so I don't think anything went wrong there.
I don't know what color yours turned out to be, but that probably has something to do with the brand of ingredients you used. "Red" in this context really refers more to the prevalence of the tomato flavor than to the actual color of the sauce.

I went to Kittencal's Kitchen web site, and noticed a difference in the amounts of the three liquids. Maybe that is the difference.
    Thanks for helping

The amounts of liquid would definitely make a difference. Hope it turns out for you next time.
