    Only the posting chef can answer that. When you pose a question about a recipe, it is posted on the community board, not directly to the posting chef.

    This chef is active on the boards. You can contact her directly, by clicking on her name and click on "contact chef" option, and send a personal Zmail. She can let you know the temp and correct the recipe.

    I have sent her a message. Stay tuned, Hopefully she will pop in with a response.
