    Do someone know, by any chance, how many standard-sized cupcakes this recipe yields? I'd like to use it for a wedding and I'm trying to plan my grocery shopping.

    Good morning. SJ there is approx 7, cups of batter in this recipe. divide this by 1,5/8ths oz per muffin cup & this recipe should net you approx 3, dozen (36) muffins.

    According to Wilton, standard muffin tin cups hold 1/4 to 1/3 cup. If you use 1/4 cup per cupcake, then 7 cups will yield 28 or so cupcakes, but 1/3 cup will yield about 21.
