I've recently downloaded the 11.1 patch to MasterCook. Worked great on one computer (both identical and set up identically), but one will not load the Help component. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do or what I should look for to fix this?

Here's the link to ValuSoft's MasterCook Support: http://www.valusoftsupport.com/Results.asp?search=full&show=titles&results=20&submit=prod&pid=592

According to them, many problems are due to a given computer's failure to meet the system requirements for the download. There's a link to click on first to find out if your computer meets the minimum system requirements to use their product.

They also suggest availing yourself of the Yahoo MasterCook discussion group: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MastercookDiscussion/ I suspect you might find a knowledgeable participant there to answer your query. icon_smile.gif
