Tisme your review and photo of Mikekey's Vegemite Downunder hasn't taken, for some reason photos and reviews aren't posting, even though you notification to say they have - I've reported it to customer service and so have several others.

Tisme- thankyou for your review and such a great photo too icon_smile.gif

My Anzacs seem to be soft and chewy.....or leave them in the oven a little longer and when they cool down they will be crunchy. Maybe might work for all the family.

Every time I make them.......I always seem to forget the last batch in the oven and they get a little too browned (.........or is that caramelised or a little too crunchy icon_lol.gif)

I agree Jules, but the family think the brown sugar makes them a little softer in the middle....and I forgot the last batch also....rotfl.gif

My family always laugh about the last batch....and no matter how much they stir me.....I still forget them!!!!

We had a great weekend away in Sydney. Went down on the train and stayed Friday and Saturday night. We visited the aquarium, Darling Harbour, Taronga Zoo, the Museum and shopped in the city and at Paddy's Markets. The fireworks at Darling Harbour were great on Saturday night too. My girls had a great time.....................and now it's back to school and work tomorrow icon_sad.gif

I prefer soft and chewy and the original Anzac Biscuit called for brown sugar as white processed sugar was a rarer commodity on rations.

but photos and reviews were't posting properly over the weekend.

So here's a photo now. The cookies spread into one another.
