    What uni-taskers do you have around?

    SIL gave me an apple peeler/slicer/corer from her Pampered Chef demo days. Not used often, but worth finding space for.

    Found a spiral cutter (yard sale or thrift store)... not used often but a keeper cuz I have room in garage.

    LOW end meat slicer... works well, easy to clean.

    What do you have hanging around??

    Yeah, my PC apple peeler/corer/slicer is one of my favs. A holiday photo demo I posted
    I have a small mini-chopper that is only good for chopping a few nuts, a strawberry huller, an egg separator, a tortilla warmer, lefse rolling pin... I think I could go on and on. I also have, like the chopper, items that could be us used for a lot more, but I have better gadgets to do those tasks, and just keep it around for one specific task.
    I have an abundance (like about 5 sets) of deviled egg holders, carriers or pedestals. icon_rolleyes.gif

    I have PC tools for fancy veggies LOL I rarely use them...but keep them....just in case I want to stick a carrot in the middle of a cuke and slice with a squiggly slicer rotfl.gif
    My CS stick blender...I only use once or twice a year....but have to have it!!

    Oh, boy, I use my stick blender nearly every day. I make fresh soup almost every day, and often like to make things a bit bisque like, so the stick is invaluable. It is always on the counter. I have found I can do any number of things with it that I used to do with the food processor.

    I have one of those 5-way egg slicers. Love it, for some reason I never do as well with a knife.

    My mom gave me my first stick blender in July for my birthday. I do not know how I lived without it! I love it and am literally finding new things to use it for all the time. icon_smile.gif

    I guess my technique needs work. Whenever I use my stick blender, I have to evaluate the Jackson Pollack wall décor.
