    Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster
Having *sigh* finally admitted to myself that gluten is the cause of my constant head and stomach aches, I am looking for gluten-free recipes and daily menus. I'm new to this gluten-free world. It would be wonderful if those cooks who have learned to live in this new world shared their recipes and menus with those of us who are still mourning the loss of our favorite, easy, or cheap recipes. If there already is a gluten-free forum or section on this site, I couldn't find it. It would be very helpful if we could start one. Would any of you gluten-free experts care to share your wisdom with us newbies? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There are a few GF menus posted.

You might also want to ask over at the GF forum, since people who need to eliminate GF tend to hang out there.
