Really Shapes ... Pot Pies, what a surprise rotfl.gif you know I'm just kidding. But, you have missed a few pot pie nights recently icon_wink.gif Actually, I have pot pies on my list this week as well.

Me: Calzones, I made them last night as I have a catered dinner to do and won't be home until later. I used up leftover chicken, onions, peppers, and mozz of course; and thx to the Pillsbury Dough Boy ... I didn't have to make the dough either. Served with warm marinara, and probably a small salad.

My catered is a casual Beach BBQ type - corporate dinner for my friends company; they are down for their annual meeting.
Grilled mixed olives, artichoke lemon spread on crostini, sangria, cheese plate, grilled romaine w/mustard vinaigrette, pebre steak, grilled herb tomatoes, goat cheese mashed spuds; and finished with grilled strawberry pound cake.

    Another PAC recipe:

Red Hot Wing Vegetarian White Chili, served with Best Cornbread Ever and a salad.

I'm a little confused as to why this is called a vegetarian chili when it contains chicken stock. I'll be using vegetable stock and note it in my review. icon_wink.gif

Last night I tossed together a dry rub of smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic and onion powders, cayenne, a couple of pinches of sugar, and some salt. I smeared it all over a rack of pork ribs... let it set overnight in the fridge... and baked it @ 300°F for three hours today.

OMG they are mighty tasty! I wish I had of written down the rub mixture recipe because it rocks! I'm serving some BBQ sauce on the side for the occasional dipping, but they don't really need it.

I know. I get so annoyed with myself when something turns out so well, and I have no clue how I made it. icon_cool.gif
