    Yes, that is me. I just can't seem to learn the trick of makeing a nice crust. That is why I like to make cobblers, then I can kind-of patch it to gether.

    When I grew up ( just a country girl), we mostly had cobblers. They were made with two crusts. The top could be just strips, so I don't have to worry if it is perfect. Sometimes, I use a cookie cutter, like a star, or something, for the top.
    Workd for me. If the bottom isn't just right, you can piece it together. LOL
    I have made a lot of pie crusts for banana cream and such, but just can't get them to look pretty.

    Yeah... I just can't do something like this. It just is two plain crusts, or cobbler for me! The easier the better. Not artistic at all!
