If you are using an iPad, this is a reported problem that the team is addressing. If you are not, please provide Mary with information on your browser/version and device you are using.

I followed your directions but my cookbook does not save recipes. When I click on cookbook it takes me up to the recipe page I want to save. It seems like the link is broken.

I can get into my cookbook with the regular link to look at my recipes but I cannot save any new ones.

Waiting for the next step. Thanks.

Are you using a desktop, a laptop, an iPad, a different tablet?

I am having the same trouble. I've tried with a couple different recipes, but the Cookbook link (which I've used many times without any problems) just seems to refresh the page. If I put my cursor on the other options (meal planner, menu etc.), I see that the same thing happens and that the link is actually coming back to the same page. I am using a new laptop with Windows 8. Please help!

There is an issue with saving recipes to cookbooks on mobile devices, but haven't experienced from a computer. What browser and version are you using? Click on Help from your toolbar and About for more info.

Suzy, Mary needs the browser and version number in order to be able to advise you correctly.

If you don't know, click on HELP (if it's not the word, then it will be a question mark icon), then scroll down to and click on ABOUT...... (in this example, it's INTERNET EXPLORER) which will tell you which version your machine uses.

    OR

    THEN

Knowing which browser and version is a key piece of information the staff need to be able to help you solve this problem effectively.

Are you using an iPad? There is a known issue with the iPad. If not using iPad, please advise also what you are using.

You might want to make sure you have the latest version of Java. To see if you do, click on the red button on this page: http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp If not, go ahead and update it.

Also, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. To verify that, click on: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html

The staff does not generally work on the weekends or holidays. I'm sure Miss Mary will get back to this thread at her earliest convenience. icon_smile.gif
