    Spring Lamb Ragout

    Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster
    Clipped a recipe from Bon Appetit years ago and have now misplaced or lost. It was Spring Lamb Ragout - think it was from April 1989 - page 51.

    It had artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and tomatoes which were to be seeded - that's about all I can remember about it - oh, and yes - it was FABULOUSLY delicious!

    If anyone has it I would sure love for you to post!

    If you search the net using "april 1989 bon appetit" there are a lot of copies of that issue for sale. I didn't check prices, but you could check them out.

    A more technically advanced friend of mine found it featured in the food section of Southeast Missourian newspaper in May 1989 - and I was able to hand copy the recipe!
