When clicking on "Gluten-free flour" as an ingredient. you are taken to the kitchen dictionary screen for GLUTEN !

and then the screen shows more GLUTEN recipes

(not helpful when you have clicked to find out what gluten-free flour is! !)

Could this be updated to state that gluten-free flours/starches do not contain all the properties of wheat flour and for this reason a general all-purpose gluten-free baking flour is usually blended from several different gluten-free flours/starches and often includes added gums such as xanthan gum, guar gum and/or others.

Gluten-free flour may be store bought ready blended or "home-made" (there are many recipes on this site for versions of gf flour)
    - please add link to recipes on Food.com for blended gluten-free all purpose flour

Kathy has removed the gluten-free flour hyperlink in the kitchen dictionary entry.
