I did some shopping the other week. Of course, for us, to get a better selection, we need to drive to the Chicago area. I went with a friend and we came home with a car full of food.
Right now I'm trying to decide on the dessert recipes for 1st seder as that is my assignment. I've gotten my usual supplies but have had to get a few additional items this week, the KFP margarine, cocoa and baking powder. Now, I think I'm set.
I've got enough matzo for DS to have matzo pizza to his heart's content. I did get a bag of noodles to see if they have gotten any better over the years.
How is your Pesach planning coming along?

I also decided to revisit the noodles this year. My little grandchildren will be with us and I thought that noodles and 'sprinkle cheese' (parmesan) would be a good lunch. We'll see.
Otherwise, crazy. The basement is full of bags of food and kitchen cleaning starts Sunday. Whose idea was this holiday anyway

Cleaning is underway, and the shopping is almost done. We're not a very creative bunch, in my house when it comes to cooking for Pesach, so we're buying stuff that we can heat in the oven. I do think the prices are murder, though. We don't usually spend like this for the rest of the year.
