Tonight it IS going to be Spaghetti Ala Elsa! LOL

Yesterday when I was at the grocery store, I picked up a chicken that was already cut in half and the price was only $4.23. I had to snatch that up - can't pass up a good deal like that. 2 meals for $4!! I love savings like that. I used one half chicken and froze the other one. So, anyway, that is what ended up on the table for supper last night.
I did Baked Chicken with Rotisserie Chicken Rub as the seasoning.

    Beef Patties in Onion Gravy
    Real Homemade Mashed Potatoes
    Italian Green Beans

wave.gif Hi CS! That meal sounds delicious! I make green beans similiar to that. Except I make them sweet/sour. No recipe, just mom's technique passed down. DH won't even touch them with a ten foot pole, but I love them. Hope you have a great day!! icon_biggrin.gif

You have a great anniversary Dibs.

Last night my gums hurt to much from my dental surgery, so I ended up with ramen noodles and I threw in some frozen peas, carrots, corn, etc.

Well, one more surgery to go tomorrow, so I'm going to try to eat something substantial tonight. My turkey, broccoli and mushroom pie I didn't make last night. Maybe a salad.

Well, worked a 9 1/2 hour day today. Came home, walked the dog, by the time i got back home it was 5:30-ish. Needless to say, there was no spaghetti being had in our house tonight. icon_rolleyes.gif I guess it is going to have to be another time. I hope I sleep we'll tonight, as it was a very long day.
