    Hope you don't mind Charmie and all as it is the 9th here already in the Land Down Under and wanted to start off with a VERY YUMMY and healthy recipe I made today

    MANCHURIAN MEATBALLS with UNFRIED RICE

    WOW and BIG BIG thanks! I LOVE participating here and know my submission here are not the norm as while I sort of plan a menu for the week, things change quite frequently due to the weather, what we have on etc...

    I always believe we eat with our eyes...so LOVE sharing what I make with people here and LOVE to see what other people worldwide do

    Thank you soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much (especially today) for letting me know I am helping others...in my own special way!
