    Panna Cotta experts?

    OK, I have never made panna cotta before DOH! So that's my confession for today lol

    Ok, course for my first experiments, I don't want to JUST do panna cotta and was thinking of doing two different ones...

    I wanted to grind juniper berries (dried) to make a powder..and make juniper berry panna cotta...do you think that would work

    I also want to try ground sesame seed powder (can I just grind sesame seeds into a powder? ) and wasbai powder..

    any hints or suggestions?

    Advernturous?

    Is there a formula ratio of what you can add to a panna cotta recipe and the recipe itself?

    I am wondering if the juniper berries might not be better infused into the milk. Sesame seeds can be ground but they quickly turn into a paste. I've been meaning to experiment with panna cotta myself, although my interest is in using kefir instead of milk.

    mm kefir sounds interesting too...perhaps I should put that on the list too

    what happens if I got juniper berry powder

    and also sesame seed powder

    ???

    How about if I infused juniper berry tea in the panna cotta??

    Oh, I make it at home - it's wonderful, tastes better, I use the kefir grains and make milk kefir and sometimes coconut milk kefir - it's wonderful in baking and cooking, in fact, I am heading off to the kitchen to make Multigrain Kefir Pancakes
