    Delightful Chicken Souffle

icon_biggrin.gif This is one of our favorite recipes! icon_question.gif I was confused, though, since direction number 8 states: Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then number 9 says: Uncover, and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and return to oven and bake for 15 minutes.

I thought I had copied it wrong and was supposed to cover, then uncover. Is number 9, just a reminder to keep it uncovered? Thanks!

Click the arrow next to the chef's name, and then Contact This Chef. He is around quite a bit and I am sure would want to clear this up.

It's basically a variation on a strata/bread pudding, and should be cooked uncovered for the entire cooking time, so I'm sure it's just a typo. Best to check with the contributor, I agree.
