    Sorry, the photo does not do this wonderful recipe justice but DH and I enjoyed this dish tremendously--quick and easy to make and the sauce is to die for!! icon_biggrin.gif icon_biggrin.gif

    Boomette's Spinach-Mushroom Quiche #387181 has been made and very much enjoyed. As I said in the review, the potato crust is totally addictive, do NOT eat it all before you add the quiche filling!!! icon_biggrin.gif
