Last night we thoroughly enjoyed **Jubes** Bean Nachos. I halved the recipe and served it on a platter which we shared, DH & I with a nice bottle of NZ Red.

Next time I think I'll add a bit more Tobasco as even though I used the 1/2 tsp as posted in the recipe to my taste it should be at least 1 - 2 tsps.

Thankyou for your lovely photos and review for my nachos. Really glad that you and your husband enjoyed them icon_biggrin.gif

I've made your Chocolate Coconut Slice #481421, with a few substitutions to make it gluten-free. Such an easy slice that uses regular pantry ingredients. Made yesterday and only a few squares left today. My family have really enjoyed your slice !

Today I made Peters Mexican Chicken - it was totally delightful... thing is that I had taken a picture of everything simmering before I popped the chicken in.... finished the recipe then went out and changed my setting to infinity taking photos of the sunset icon_sad.gif. Came home and prepared dinner and just grabbed my camera and yep you guessed it they came out blurred cos I did not change the setting:(

Sorry Peter, great recipe. we both loved it and when I defrost the other half I will add a photo to the recipe in the meantime, I took this before I added the chicken, did not have green olives but had some Kalamata olives in the fridge so used them icon_smile.gif
