I just checked and realized I have already made Peter's taco recipe, so will be making Sweet and Sour Chicken #437198 instead.

Last night we thoroughly enjoyed **Jubes** Bean Nachos. I halved the recipe and served it on a platter which we shared, DH & I with a nice bottle of NZ Red.

Next time I think I'll add a bit more Tobasco as even though I used the 1/2 tsp as posted in the recipe to my taste it should be at least 1 - 2 tsps.

I'd substitute Kaitai Fire (not really sure of the spelling as I'm out of it right now) for the Tabasco too icon_wink.gif It's my favourite

Lol. We live about 3 1/2 hours away from Kaitaia which is where Kaitaia Fire is made. Haven't tried it as yet, though have seen it around many places. As the Tabasco is just about finished, I will try the local product next time. Thanks for the suggestion Jan. icon_biggrin.gif
