Hmm I am not sure if I could have 7 instead of 8. Yeah I wasnt real sure if I liked it when I got my laptop and tried to find the dang desktop! icon_rolleyes.gif icon_redface.gif There is so much I havent fiqured out yet and I hate reading directions so I just jump in and thats not good. Windows 7 was so much easier! Wish we lived close to each other so you could come and look at all this stuff with me. icon_biggrin.gif

How old is your laptop? You may be able to uninstall Windows 8 and install 7.

Mine is an HP too and it is 3 years old. If you choose to install 7, don;t uninstall 8. Just make 7 your default program. Good luck!

Happy you lied everything, LBJAN! I also had some recipe cards I was going to tuck in the package, they were sitting right there on the table, I swear, but after I had everything wrapped up and ready to go, there they sat right where I had left them! rotfl.gif rotfl.gif

They'll have to wait for the next swap! icon_lol.gif

Thank you Lauralie41 for such a nice swap! You are a great Host for these swaps! icon_smile.gif

We should think of having a small kitchen appliance swap. We all have something we bought and rarely used or never used. You know, things we just HAD to have and put aside. (just a thought).
