    I have:
    ground beef
    carrots
    broccoli
    cabbage
    onions
    hominy
    and broccoli.
    And I want to make a soup using some of those ingredients.
    What can I possibly make. ? TYIA icon_smile.gif

    Not soup, but one of my new favs to clean out the veggie bin. You could use everything on your list except the hominy.

    or if you're set on soup, you might adapt a mexican pozole soup.
