Burritos for me this week on Fri. Trying to save for vaca, so really using up stuff I have on hand or trying to re-use everything. Also, got most of the stuff made this week. All my recipes this week will be basically NO recipes, or those which I can do in my sleep; and make them up as I go.

- Fish tacos w/fennel papaya slaw; spicy black beans; yellow rice
Me: Company. Steak w/my own steak sauce; grilled balsamic portabellos; creamy baby potatoes; and glazed carrots. They love sweets, so that is up to them.

Lady #1 and #2: Blackened shrimp over cheesy polenta; squash ragu
Me: Sesame chicken w/stir fry veggies (I have a Campbells Seasoning Sauce) to try. I had a coupon, so I figured why not. Served over rice; fruit
TUES ...
Me: I'm making 2 steaks; so, hoping for leftovers to make an open face steak sandwich with mushrooms; warm potato salad
WED ...
Lady #1: Pork tenderloin (crock pot) w/mushroom gravy; mashed parsnips and potatoes; green beans
Lady #2: Roasted chicken breasts w/mushroom gravy; mashed celery root and potatoes; green beans with dried cranberries
Me: Meatloaf (freezer stash); corn on the cob; cheesy stuffed bread
THURS ...
Lady #3: Chicken curry, recipe TBD; rice; fruit
Me: Friends house for b'day (beer, burgers, brats), may not go-ex DH is
FRI ...
Ladies #1 and #2: Card/Game Night - TBD
Me and 2 Poker Buddies: Burritos (freezer stash) and chicken tacos with a chipotle ranch sauce; both served w/all the toppings (lettuce, salsa, sour cream, cheese, olives, avocado); corn and black bean salad

Breakfast: yogurt, cottage cheese, or fruit
Lunch: if any, soup or leftovers
And ... don't forget to clean out your pantry, fridge, and freezer ... there is a meal waiting to be made!
