Hi Guys.... it's traditional to have a festive meat meal on Purim... anyone have a favorite dish to make?

We are going to a Megillah reading (with entertainment to follow) at a gathering at our local kosher Chinese restaurant Saturday night.

I think I will make beef stew in my crockpot for Shabbos and add a couple of things on Sunday and serve that Sunday evening.
