Chocolate Mousse Cake for Passover - The recipe sounds delicious, but aren't you eating raw eggs in the top 1/2?

Yes, and in the olden days none of us worried about this - I used to make a wonderful chocolate mousse very similar to this. Now with salmonella at the forefront it is an issue. Using pasteurized eggs, which are widely available, should allay your fears. There are also some recipes posted here for pasteurized eggs.
