    Great intro, Paula!
O.K., I passed the quiz icon_wink.gif Just missed the question about the labels - in Germany, there are other requirements for food labels.
I'm curious who make their way here and spend March with us!

woohoo yeah me...You have completed the Nutrition quiz! You answered 10 of 10 correctly =>100% Great Job!

i wasn't sure about about a couple but gave my best guess. this topic is perfectly timed because an acquaintance has asked me to be her 'nutritionist' & help her modify her meals/create menus. icon_eek.gif part of me is excited, part of me is terrified. after meeting with her, part of me is already frustrated. to everything i suggested, she said, "no, they(her kids, 12 & 1icon_cool.gif won't eat it." icon_sad.gif
