    Hi,

    When I pull up my "about me" page, some of my banners pictures are not showing up. There is a caption that says "banner", but the picture is missing.

    Will this correct itself?

    I see all your banners, using IE8. What browser/edition are you using?

    icon_mad.gif About the Banner ? I like to post a Banner (PRMR 2013) on my setting on my food.com , but can not do it .I have no green tree to use in my setting ? no banner code for my AM page. What can I do to fix this? I wasTold, I need to contact customer support. Thank you if you can help me. icon_rolleyes.gif

    Under your settings, click into the Banners box where you want to add it. Right click and select insert/edit image. Then you will get the pop up box like you did with the tree icon to add your image. Let me know if you have any trouble.

    trouble. Not a thing happen all I get is insert/edit image . That is all I get ???

    I see Nancy's Pantry's problem, it says banner before and after the one with the red box (at least from IE10). Is this the same problem as all the photobucket ones not showing on mine and others' AM page? This is a known problem, right?

    Do you know what banners are missing or can you tell from your settings? I see what you mean in Chrome and Firefox. In IE they all appear to be there, but there is space where they should be.

    LOL - I reported this back in early September, right after ZWT. It has nothing to do with me moving anything in my photobucket account, since those banners were NEVER in my account, they came from a several hosts' accounts. I'm using IE - so yes, its happening to me. I also recall seeing several other complaints over the past two months, related to this exact same issue.

    It's obvious that repetitive problems keep coming up as "new" because nobody in IT is keeping an accurate list, although we're told that such a list is being kept. icon_question.gif We can report all we want, but as long as Food.com staff is "surprised" each time an issue comes up, there's no hope for a solution. It shouldn't be up to "customers" to find out who has similar problems or to keep a list. The truth is already out there.

    I know my comments sound negative, but we're all so frustrated at what's become of our once favorite site.

    I have also seen a lot of people complain of the photobucket problem - it started the day of the 8/27 update - all of them gone at once. I am pretty sure Mary reported this as a known problem, maybe it is on a list already, Mary?

    This sounds like an issue related to Photobucket as it's only affecting those banners. Since these aren't your actual photos but rather banners that another chef uploaded to photobucket, the chef may in fact have moved or deleted the image. It would be helpful if we knew what specific banners were missing and who provided them.
