    I think so. I would cook before freezing.
    Make sure they are cool before freezing.

    I would read the reviews for ideas, I like the idea of using panko bread crumbs for a crunchier coating.
    Also, I would add an egg or egg whites to help bind it together, although apparently the egg is not necessary.

    You can also consider making half the recipe, it' sit's too much for one meal. I do that all the time.
