Crofton countertop convection oven

Hi!, I'm new here ,and as I was reading along I noticed some discussion of crofton products. I have a convection oven and I really like it but the instruction and recipes included were pretty sparse. I would be grateful for any suggestions on where to get info & timer specifications y'all could toss me.

Welcome Chef danny61! My MIL bought be a set of Crofton cookware a couple years ago and I really like them. Aldi's now has other items that I would love to add to my collection.

Back to your convection oven question. I Googled and found a couple things that might help you.

I have a juicer, 2 crockpots, and today bought a 5 qt Dutch oven , cast iron and porcelin. I am so excited. Going back to get the braiser and the 9 x 14 roaster in cast iron as well. (Did not bring enough money with me today)
I really like the prices of the Crofton appliances and the other name brand that you can get at ALdi's for less.

As to the Convection oven..hmm did not see that here but will keep an eye out for it.

You can also find a recipe you like and then reduce time or ask in the forums for assistance. I do not have one but would like one for the cottage this summer as it seems to cook faster and with less heat.

I just purchased a Crofton countertop convection oven at Aldi's and I find the manual really lacking. It does not give
any instructions re: the use of the racks. I understand the

I just bought a crofton convection oven but am puzzled because the covection part seems to only work under the broiler setting. And book was not at all helpful!!!

I got a Crofton convection oven recently also and What I don't understand is...where does the convection part come into play? It only seems to work on one setting and that is the broil/convection setting. It certainly should work also on the bake setting and roast setting as well. I am disapointed in this, although I do like it for it's bigger size compared to a reg. toaster oven!
As for the racks..one is a crumb or grease catcher and the black pan is for roasting only, otherwise you leave that one out when baking or toasting.

I do a weekly Aldi run to a neighboring town and the Crofton Countertop Convection Oven is listed in the ad at $39.99 this week. Have looked at similar models and giving thought to buying the one at Aldi. Sad to see no comments in the last year on this item. Any feedback would be great. I was set to buy the Big Boss model until I read the Amazon reviews on it but if the Crofton model is similar, for the price I am going to get it. One question, does it "dry fry" as the Big Boss is advertised to do?

I love mine and use it a lot. No, it does not dry fry...not sure what that even is. But we even saw it at Aldi's this year for 19.99. Really bummed us out that it was half price. I use it to broil and bake all the time. It is so convenient for just the 2 of us.

Could not find in my manual a good answer for what type of cook-wear can be used in Crofton Turbo Convection oven. Just states manufacture approved. Any help on what types?
