    I am planning to make a cream/mushroom sauce for meatballs and just had a look at this recipe so I may turn it into this:

    Vegetarian not happening tonight. Broiled steelhead, a casserole of leftover brown rice mixed with most of the roasted green chiles, ricotta, and mozzarella, and roasted Mexican squash. A LOT of squash.
