Do you make a crepe for the shell or do you use the boil noodles that you fill?
My mom always made them with a crepe batter like shell… Love the spinach and mushroom idea… with béchamel sauce? Both red and white sauces?

I decided to try Michele Scicolone’s Italian Slow Cooker recipe for Chicken with Rosemary and Garlic
Only I’m just using legs, she uses a whole chicken

I have orzo, I have some feta, I found some fresh oregano and I have a thing of frozen spinach and shredded carrots, and some red and green peppers (I think I even have sun dried tomatoes) so that’ll get thrown together as a starch/veggie combo
(I’m totally going through my pantry and fridge as I type figuring out this side dish)
