Cornflour Butter Cake
This is a wonderful recipe. It works well with only 1/2 cup butter, and only the 1/4 cup sugar, I forget the 1/2 cup icing sugar and find it plenty sweet. I also add some cinnamon to the batter plus cayenne for added fun. I get rave reviews! A tasty treat that's gluten-free!
