Well, since I did not cook one meal at home at all last week, and didn’t REALLY do any grocery shopping this weekend (a horrible dereliction of duty… I know!) I went freezer diving and grabbed the jambalaya that I thought I’d make last week, I’ll cook some rice and we’ll have that with some fresh slaw tonight (I have a bag shredded cabbage slaw mix in the crisper, cross your fingers that it’s still edible)
I did take out some whole chicken legs from my freezer stash… I don’t know exactly what I’m going to do with them tomorrow night, but if anyone here has any suggestions, I’m all ears (and I have a full spice cabinet, where I am lacking in fresh ingredients, I do have some frozen and pantry stuff to make up)

Somebody was having this last week - KEW I think. It looked good - check it out as a possibility.

Ohhh, they do look good (I don't have sesame seeds, but I could make without and add a drop or two of toasted sesame oil to make up for the flavor)

I didn't think I was going to be able to get Bill on board with that one, as he was having some kind of "Bambi syndrome".
Hey, they are not that cute, and not exactly as friendly as someone you'd sit down and have a beer with.

Oh, do tell!
LOL typical night here...he controlled the TV & remote. Refused to watch the Grammy's and had to watch the same movie he's sat and watched all weekend long (this was the 3rd viewing this weekend). Some men are just jerks!
