    Reporting on the fermented carrots with dill: VERY TASTY! Mildly and pleasantly acidic, will be good on salads, in sandwiches, in cole slaw, or just on their own. I've not yet tasted the kimchi, but it smells as good as any commercial version I've had. Looking forward to trying some beets and turnips and daikon radish soon!
