I have to say, kale chips do not do anything for us. They are great on first taste, but nobody wants to eat them after that, as the texture changes. We love cooked kale in almost any form, though!

I usually just cook it simple. Steamed and served with a small amount of butter. When I used to grow it in my garden I would put some just picked kale in a salad.

I use it in soup instead of spinach or escarole.

Otherwise, I make a salad. There are 2 recipes in my stash o' public recipes. My fave dressing includes cinnamon. YUM!
