    I use recipes from this site several times a week. Friday I fixed Baked Salmon - love that stuff!

    Becky--I think you mentioned in the What's For Dinner thread you leave out the bleu cheese. Is that correct? (I'm not a fan.) Do you sub something else?


    I don't sub anything. We just go without. However, I did try it once on 2 slices when I made this for me and my nephew. And we both agreed it was good, but not sure how we would like it on the entire pizza. Blue cheese cooked is different than cold.

    Last time, I added a little shallot simply thin sliced. NOT much, just a little.
    Next time, I will grate a little right into the dressing. It adds a little, but NOT needed, just though I would add a little.

    I made the Kale with carmaleized onions and garlic too - yummy isn't it? Will have to try the Roasted Apples and Sweet Potatoes.
